DouglasExchange

Trading School · Lesson 3

How a trade happens here

Slow, safe, and both people say yes.

A trade on DouglasExchange is not a race. It is a set of steps, and every step needs a real yes.

Step 1: someone proposes — "I'll buy at your ask," or "I'll trade you my Otter for your Owl."

Step 2: the other collector agrees. No agreement, no trade — and saying no is always okay.

Guardian Step 3: for a young collector, a guardian checks the trade and says yes too.

Step 4: if money is involved, it waits in ESCROW — a safe middle spot — while the plush ships.

Step 5: the plush arrives, everyone confirms, and the trade completes. That completed sale becomes a real SOLD price.
